KHECHEOPALRI LAKE
Khecheopalri Lake, is a lake located near Khecheopalri village, Located 34 kilometres to the northwest of Pelling town, the lake is sacred for both Buddhists and Hindus, and is believed to be a wish fulfilling lake. An interesting feature of the lake is that leaves are not allowed to float on the lake, which is ensured by the birds which industriously pick them up as soon as they drop into the lake surface.
RABDANTSE RUINS
Rabdentse is the 16th former capital of Sikkim and now lies in ruins. It was destroyed after the Nepalese invasion in the 18th century. Located close to the Pemayangtse Monastery, the ruins offer superb views of the Kanchenjunga Range.
PEMEYANTSE MONASTERY
The Pemayangtse Monastery is a Buddhist monastery in Pemayangtse, near Pelling in the northeastern Indian state of Sikkim, located 110 km west of Gangtok. Designed and founded by Lama Lhatsun Chempo in 1647, it is one of the oldest and premier monasteries of Sikkim, also the most famous in Sikkim.
SANGACHOELING MONASTERY
The Sanga Choeling Monastery established in the 17th century, is one of the oldest monasteries in the Northeast Indian state of Sikkim. The monastery is located on a ridge top above Pelling at a distance of 7 kilometres from Pemayangtse Monastery and is accessed by walking the steep hilly track of 4 kilometres, which traverses through rich forest cover.
TASHIDING MONASTERY
Tashiding Monastery is a Buddhist monastery is the most sacred and holiest monasteries in Sikkim. It is located on top of the hill rising between the Rathong chu and the Rangeet River, 40 kilometres from Gezing and 19 kilometres to the south east of Yuksam. Tashiding is the nearest town to the Tashiding Monastery (Gompa).
SINGSHORE BRIDGE
The Singshore suspension bridge is the highest bridge in the state and the second-highest in Asia. This architectural marvel, with a length of approximately 200 m, can be reached easily from Pelling, which is 25 km away. The bridge offers a spectacular view of picturesque surroundings.

DARAP VILLAGE
A small village located just 8 km from Pelling on the way to Khecheopelri and Yuksam.
