A: Any of the above mentioned destination is perfect for honeymoon depending upon your interest. Sikkim is very tourist friendly and people are very hospitable.  

A: Indians do not require any permits to visit the state, however for certain areas East Sikkim and North Sikkim you need to get inner line permits to visit. There is no permit requirements for South & West Sikkim.

For Foreign indivisuals the process is more complex with entry into the state is allowed for 30 days at a time. Also some areas of east & north Sikkim are out of bounds.
